Position Summary

Payroll Management is seeking a motivated Account Executive to drive new business development throughout New England. This role is responsible for generating new client relationships through networking, referrals, prospecting, and lead follow-up. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys building relationships, identifying business needs, and helping organizations find solutions that improve efficiency and support growth.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities
• Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
• Attend networking events and trade shows
• Follow up on company-provided leads
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Work closely with onboarding staff to ensure a smooth client experience

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Driven, organized, and self-motivated
• Professional presentation and consultative sales approach
• Reliable transportation
