As an Account Executive, you will:

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound activity and networking.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close.
• Identify, qualify and engage small business owners across the United States.
• Develop relationships with accounting firms, bookkeepers and CPA partners.
• Conduct consultative discovery conversations to uncover business challenges.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and communicate business value.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through self-sourced activity.
• Educate prospects on payroll technology solutions and return on investment.
• Collaborate with leadership on developing scalable sales processes.
• Accurately forecast opportunities and manage activity within the CRM.
• Contribute ideas that improve customer acquisition and go-to-market execution.
• Represent the company professionally within the Remote, United States SMB market.

This Account Executive role offers:

• Base salary between $60,000 and $90,000.
• On-target earnings of approximately $120,000 to $180,000.
• Attractive commission structure paying approximately $500 to $700 per customer closed.
