Account ExecutiveProspect and generate new business opportunities through outbound activity and networking. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close. Identify, qualify and engage small business owners across the United States. Develop relationships with accounting firms, bookkeepers and CPA partners. Conduct consultative discovery conversations to uncover business challenges. Deliver compelling product demonstrations and communicate business value. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through self-sourced activity. Educate prospects on payroll technology solutions and return on investment. Collaborate with leadership on developing scalable sales processes. Accurately forecast opportunities and manage activity within the CRM. Contribute ideas that improve customer acquisition and go-to-market execution. A successful track record in a business development or new business sales environment. Strong discovery and consultative selling skills. Experience managing a complete sales cycle. Confidence engaging with business owners, founders and finance professionals. Ability to communicate business value rather than relying on feature-based selling. Self-motivation and a proactive approach to pipeline generation. Comfort working within an early-stage startup environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. High levels of resilience, ownership and accountability. Entrepreneurial mindset with a builder mentality. Desire to influence process improvements and support company growth. Candidates currently working for payroll providers, fintech businesses or modern SMB-focused software companies will be particularly well suited to this Account Executive opportunity.This Account Executive role offers: Base salary between $60,000 and $90,000. On-target earnings of approximately $120,000 to $180,000. Attractive commission structure paying approximately $500 to $700 per customer closed. Fully Remote, United States working environment.
