We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team and drive the sales of our Provider Quality Management Software. This role involves building relationshipswithhealthcareproviders,understandingtheirQualitymanagementneeds, and presenting our software solutions to enhance clinical outcomes, patient safety and operational efficiency.

 

KeyResponsibilitiesandDuties:

  • SalesStrategyDevelopment:Createandimplementeffectivesalesstrategiesto meet or exceed sales targets.
  • ProvenTrackRecord:Historicaloverperformancevs.salestargetsandotherstated goals specifically with experience doing so with a new market solution.
  • Funnel Development: Experienced in building own funnel through a myriad of outboundstrategiessuchase-mailcampaigns,coldcalling,prospectvisits,and other effective prospecting techniques to drive funnel
  • ClientRelationshipManagement:Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswith hospital executives, Quality & Safety teams, and other key stakeholders.
  • NeedsAssessment:Conductthoroughneedsassessmentstounderstandclient requirements and pain points related to Quality management.
  • Product Demonstrations: Present software solutions through live demonstrations, webinars, and in-person meetings to showcase features and benefits.
  • Proposal Development:Prepare anddeliver tailored proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
  • MarketResearch: Stay informed about industry (national healthcareQuality and safety) trends, hospital regulatory requirements, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position our products.
  • Collaboration: Workcloselywithmarketing, productdevelopment, and customer supportteamstoensure alignment andcustomer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Maintainaccurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Proven successsellingtoU.S.basedhospitalsandhealthsystems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor'sdegree inBusiness, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of sales experience in healthcare technology, software, or a related field, specificallysellingtokeyhospital C-Suite executives.
  • Strongunderstanding of hospital Quality management processes andregulatory requirements and ideally having sold solutions related to these areas.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiationskills.
  • Proventrackrecord ofachieving salestargets.
  • Experience in standingup anddeliveringon asales approach andperformance selling a solution into a new market.
  • Abilitytowork independentlyand aspart ofateam.
  • ProficiencyinCRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
