Job Summary
The VP, People Solutions – Account Executive is responsible for growing and expanding strategic client relationships by serving as a trusted advisor to existing relocation clients while identifying opportunities to introduce additional IMPACT Group Relocation Assistance solutions. This role manages key corporate accounts and Relocation Management Company (RMC) partnerships, ensuring exceptional service delivery while driving long-term client retention, expansion, and revenue growth.
This consultative sales role partners with Human Resources, Global Mobility, Talent Acquisition, executive leaders, and RMC partners to understand evolving mobility strategies, workforce priorities, and business objectives. By building long-term partnerships and delivering strategic guidance, this role helps clients enhance employee relocation experiences while supporting talent acquisition and retention goals.
Working collaboratively with Business Development, Operations, Marketing, Client Services, and Relocation teams, this role develops strategic account plans, cultivates executive relationships, identifies opportunities for growth, supports quality initiatives, and consistently achieves revenue goals through business development, client retention, renewals, cross-selling, and expanded partnerships.What You’ll Do
Grow Strategic Client Partnerships
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that strengthen client relationships and drive long-term growth.
- Build trusted partnerships with HR, Global Mobility, Talent Acquisition, executive stakeholders, and Relocation Management Company (RMC) representatives.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of each client's mobility strategy, relocation policies, workforce objectives, and service expectations.
- Conduct regular business reviews to identify opportunities for expanded relocation services and additional IMPACT Group solutions.
- Position IMPACT Group as a strategic talent mobility and relocation partner.
- Maintain regular communication through executive meetings, service presentations, business reviews, and reporting.
Expand Business Within Existing Accounts
- Identify opportunities to expand relocation services across business units, geographies, employee populations, and RMC partnerships.
- Lead renewal discussions, pricing conversations, and contract negotiations.
- Develop proposals, Statements of Work, and pricing recommendations.
- Partner with Business Development on enterprise opportunities and Marketing on strategic account initiatives.
- Cultivate opportunities to introduce new products, services, and innovative mobility solutions.
Deliver Exceptional Client Experience
- Partner with Client Services and Operations to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Research, investigate, and resolve complex client service issues while ensuring timely communication and documentation.
- Monitor account health, utilization trends, service metrics, and client feedback to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
- Ensure timely delivery of client reports, business reviews, and performance metrics.
- Document findings and recommendations that improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the overall client experience.
Serve as a Trusted Advisor
- Maintain expertise in relocation trends, global mobility, workforce planning, employee experience, and emerging industry best practices.
- Stay current on AI-enabled technologies, automation tools, and evolving business practices that improve client engagement, operational efficiency, and service delivery.
- Deliver executive presentations demonstrating the strategic value of relocation and talent mobility programs.
- Collaborate with internal solution experts to develop customized client solutions.
- Share industry insights and market intelligence across internal teams to support innovation and continuous improvement.
Lead Strategic Account Management
- Maintain account plans, opportunity forecasts, client activity, and pipeline information within Salesforce (or CRM).
- Monitor account health and proactively develop retention and growth strategies.
- Partner with Operations, Client Services, and leadership to ensure successful implementation and ongoing service excellence.
- Support product development, quality initiatives, and process improvements that strengthen IMPACT Group's competitive position.
- Assist leadership with strategic initiatives, staffing discussions, and client-related operational planning as appropriate.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Five or more years of consultative account management, client success, or sales experience within relocation, global mobility, HR consulting, professional services, or a related industry.
- Experience managing corporate relocation clients and/or Relocation Management Company (RMC) relationships strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success growing existing client relationships while driving revenue expansion.
- Strong executive presence and relationship management skills.
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while navigating ambiguity and change.
- Salesforce or comparable CRM experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business productivity tools.
- GMS and/or CRP certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel approximately 10–20%.
