Overview:
We’re looking for a results-driven sales professional with medical device or distributor experience to grow revenue and develop new business opportunities. This role blends in-person client engagement with strategic planning and home-office sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Growth & Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with top-revenue clients.
Identify new project opportunities and solutions based on customer needs.
Analyze purchase history to uncover gaps and growth potential.
Conduct regular on-site meetings to ensure client success.
Business Development
Engage with new and existing clients to explore opportunities and provide solutions.
Follow up on sample requests, convert inquiries into quotes, and present proposals.
Respond promptly to customer questions and sourcing requests.
Track and manage ongoing relationships to maximize repeat business.
Strategic & Administrative Tasks
Collaborate with internal teams to identify unaddressed customer needs.
Research target customers and clinical market segments.
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activity reports, and call plans.
Support marketing campaigns and sales forecasting.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B sales within medical device companies or distributors.
Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple accounts and initiatives.
Comfortable balancing client-facing activities with strategic home-office work.
