We are looking for a professional with a background in the following key industries and roles: • Account Manager Sales • Janitorial & Facilities Management • Contract Cleaning & Commercial Services
These backgrounds align well with Americhem's needs to work closely with our customers, providing consultative solutions to enhance their cleaning programs and product selection.
Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. • Assess client needs and recommend tailored janitorial solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. • Provide expert consultation on products and services to help customers optimize their cleaning programs. • Drive sales growth through strategic planning and customer engagement. • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging products to offer innovative solutions.
Qualifications: • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions. • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to customer service and sales. • Knowledge of janitorial supplies, cleaning processes, and equipment is a plus.
