    Tasks

    As the Account Executive, you will perform the following duties:

    • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across the repair portfolio, working closely with Customer Success and Strategic Account Management teams to ensure seamless onboarding and value realization
    • Proactively shape solutions based on market needs, positioning Lufthansa Technik as a long-term strategic partner
    • Build long-term executive relationships with key customer decision-makers, leveraging insights from Customer Success and Strategic Account Management teams
    • Facilitate internal customer workshops or reviews to align strategy, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvement across all customer-facing teams
    • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and proposals to customer executives and internal leadership
    • All other duties as assigned or required

    Requirements

    To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Aviation Management, or related field
    • Master's degree preferred
    • 5+ years in sales or account leadership roles with a strong record in new business acquisition and growth
    • Aviation MRO experience preferred
    • Fluency in English required
    • German, Spanish, or Portuguese desirable
    • Knowledge of aircraft component repair, overhaul, and commercial models within the Americas market
    • Expert skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft tools
    • Capable of giving technical presentations to various groups, including executive level
    • Willingness to travel frequently to customer locations (domestic and/or international) multiple times per month
    • Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
