About Fulfilled by Crowd Cow

Know your farmer. Know your food. Since 2015, Crowd Cow has sourced meat and seafood from independent farms and fisheries, shipped directly to consumers nationally. Fulfilled by Crowd Cow runs full-stack DTC services for perishable brands: procurement, inventory management and forecasting, fulfillment, marketplace and customer care. We operate a brand's e-commerce business end to end, so its founders can scale the brand, and we get them in stock nationally in 30 days or faster. We rebuilt Crowd Cow entirely AI-native this year: intelligent commerce, powered by experienced human operators. We are building and scaling like a startup, backed by over a decade and millions of orders of cold-chain expertise.

The Role

As the founding account executive for our newest line of business, you'll shape what we sell as much as you sell it. You'll work directly with our CEO, COO and CTO to design, sell and close our cold-chain DTC solutions, starting with the frozen and cold-chain brands that need us most.

What You'll Do

You'll sell e-commerce and fulfillment services to frozen DTC brands ready to scale.

• Build your own pipeline. Research target accounts, identify decision-makers, and reach out via cold calls, email and networking to protein, seafood, and frozen CPG brands.
• Own every deal end to end. Run the full cycle yourself, from first conversation to signed contract.
• Land, then expand. End every meeting with a concrete first step the client can start that week, then earn a larger share of their business over time.
• Shape the playbook. Refine our pitch, pricing conversations, and sales process based on what you hear in the market.

You've Done This Before

• You have 3–5 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota.
• You built a pitch deck from scratch and successfully sold it.
• You cold called buyers and booked your own meetings, without relying on inbound leads.
• You lost deals, reworked the pitch, and won with the new version.
• You are comfortable in an early stage environment where you've built processes and strategies, versus following an existing playbook.

Nice to Have: Experience in food, CPG, cold chain, 3PL or e-commerce operations.

What You'll Get

• OTE: $150,000 to $189,000, with a base of $85,500 to $94,500 and variable pay uncapped, targeting 100% of base
