This is not a traditional brokerage seat. You'll have direct access to founders, boards, and senior underwriting leadership at top-tier carriers. You'll help refine how complex commercial risks are placed, influence internal processes, and directly shape the future of risk solutions for companies pushing the boundaries of what humanity can build.

What You'll Build and Own

• Build and continuously refine the playbook for structuring commercial insurance programs for companies operating in the rapidly expanding space sector
• Own senior‑level client servicing: manage relationships with CFOs, GCs, founders, and boards, handling marketing, submissions, binder/policy review, gap analysis, and coverage recommendations
• Drive new business production and manage carrier/wholesaler relationships while building the operational backbone of a modern brokerage practice
• Lead renewals, advise complex accounts, oversee reporting, and-when timing aligns-build and mentor a team to help scale delivery
• Shape the market by bringing creativity to bespoke program structures for clients whose needs fall outside traditional insurance frameworks
• Leverage internal technology and analytics to sharpen submissions, extract insights from technical data, and secure better terms, faster

Who You Are

• 5+ years in commercial P&C and Executive/Management Liability, with an active P&C license (Surplus Lines license a bonus)

• Leadership & Collaboration: partnering across teams and carrier markets to deliver exceptional client outcomes
