Their mission is to empower businesses by finding the right business solution through existing or tailor-made technology that drives results.
 

Job Overview:

As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving company growth by building and maintaining client relationships, understanding their business challenges, and offering software solutions that meet their needs. You'll be responsible for the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals—while collaborating with internal teams to ensure client success.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts by developing strong, trusted relationships
  • Conduct discovery meetings and needs assessments to understand client requirements
  • Collaborate with technical and project management teams to develop and present proposals
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and software solution demos
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with company goals
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and the company's product/service offerings
 

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, software development, or IT services

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into business value

Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities

Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace

Experience in consultative or solution-based selling is a plus
