About the Positionn

The Santa Cruz Warriors, Official G League Affiliate of the Golden State Warriors, are looking for a proactive and hardworking Account Executive to join our Ticket Services team. In this role, you will focus on our Season Ticket Members to provide best-in class service and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. This position reports to the Director, Ticket Sales & Service.

This is a full-time position based onsite in Santa Cruz, CA.

nKey Responsibilitiesn

n

• Build and maintain positive relationships with season ticket account holders n
• Maintain proactive communication with clients to educate them on all products and services offered by the Santa Cruz Warriors n
• Generate new business through existing client referrals n
• Participate in annual projects related to seat relocation, renewals, and playoffs n
• Develop and execute season ticket holder events throughout the year to engage existing clientele and generate new leads n
• Answer routine phone calls related to game night logistics, customer profile changes, and account transactions n
• Other duties and projects as assigned n

nRequired Experience & Skillsn

n

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree or equivalent work experience n
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn and master new software including Archtics ticketing platform n
• Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service and resolution skills n
• Ability to balance multiple projects at once in a fast-paced work environment n
• Ability to build positive relationships with clients and peers at all levels within the organization and throughout the community n

nTime Commitmentn

n

• Available to work nights, weekends, and some holidays n

nCompensationn

n

• $16.90 per hour + Bonus + Commission (OTE approx. $51,000) n
