Responsibilities
- Develop knowledge of property, casualty, and life insurance products
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Assess customer needs and recommend coverage solutions
- Generate new business through referrals, prospecting, and lead follow-up
- Meet and exceed agency sales goals
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and client records
- Provide strong customer service and support

Licensing Requirements
Candidates must obtain the following licenses within 30 days of hire:
