About the Role...
As a Salary.com Account Executive you will posses the ability to develop strong business relationships and sell in a fast-paced environment.
- This position is located out of our Headquarters office located in Waltham, MA and is eligible for a hybrid schedule.
- Base Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000, plus commission
A Day in the Life...
- Effectively engage and sell across all HR functions, as well as senior and C-level stakeholders, by building credibility and demonstrating deep product expertise.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails
- Target companies with 751+ full time employees
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Perform web-demos for prospects and partner with internal sales resources
- Uncover prospect's pain points, needs, goals and requirements for a solution
- Manage and prioritize deals in your monthly pipeline
- Achieve/Exceed monthly quota of $40-50K in Annual Contract Value
About You....
- 5-7 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in the tech industry.
- Experience with following tools a plus: Salesforce, DocuSign, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Zoom, Teams
- Comfortable in a team selling environment and quarterbacking resources
- Able and willing to prospect and create self-generated opportunities
