We're hiring an AE who owns the number, builds the pipeline, and runs the full cycle — cold to close.
What you'll do
Run full-cycle deals into HR, Marketing, Operations, and Finance leaders who fund rewards and incentive programs — employee recognition, customer rewards, and research incentives. You'll source most of your pipeline through deliberate account targeting and direct outreach, qualify hard before anything reaches a demo, navigate multi-stakeholder deals with executives and procurement in the same cycle, and forecast a number you actually believe in.
The tooling is already in place. Your time goes to selling, not stitching together a stack.
