Account Health Specialist | Brooklyn, NY · $50k–$60k/ Year

About the Role A growing eCommerce business is looking for a detail-driven Account Health Specialist to safeguard the integrity of its Amazon Seller Central account. This role sits at the intersection of compliance, customer service, and operations — perfect for someone who thrives on staying ahead of issues before they escalate. You'll be the frontline defender of account standing, keeping listings clean, cases resolved, and customers satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

Account Compliance & Case Management

Monitor the Account Health Dashboard to identify and resolve violations, claims, and alerts
Respond promptly and professionally to Amazon cases
Track and document case progress and resolutions

Inventory & Listings

Manage stranded inventory and ensure product availability
Create and update listings, UPCs, and SKUs
Assist with quality control by reviewing product samples

Customer Service & Administration

Address customer inquiries via email and phone
Perform data entry and administrative tasks

Qualifications

Experience with Amazon Seller Central or a similar eCommerce platform
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities
Proficiency in data entry and administrative work
Effective written and verbal communication skills
