Overview of Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Account Manager who will be responsible for managing specific customer accounts, ensuring their requirements are met, and driving satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to nurture client relationships to achieve business objectives. xa0

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned customer accounts to achieve revenue targets.
• Work to optimize pricing strategies and manage YoY rate discussions.
• Drive customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts and support new client acquisition.
• Ensure accurate sales forecasting for managed accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall account management processes and efficiency.
• The role includes NA and international business travel as required.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Accomplishment of annual ASP and wafer quantity targets for assigned accounts.
• Effectiveness in delivering Engineering / Technology services to clients.
• Successful management of process transfer activities for customers.
• Accuracy of forecast allocation mix performance for managed accounts.
• Quality and quantity of orders/bookings from assigned customers.
• Annual Customer Satisfaction Rating for managed accounts.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum of BS degree, master's degree in EE or MBA preferred. xa0
• Experience: 7-12 years of related experience in semiconductor technology and customer-facing business management, preferably in a sales or account management capacity. xa0
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, including executive-level interactions. xa0
• Demonstrable skills in account management, negotiation, problem-solving, and a strong customer-centric approach. xa0
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and deliver results. xa0
• Proactive ability to identify and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts and support the team in developing new client relationships where TSMC is not currently represented. xa0
• Ability to work effectively with internal departments to ensure adequate capacity allocation for major accounts and facilitate successful ramp-to-volume, yields, and cycle time. xa0
• Ability to generate accurate forecasts based on a deep understanding of customer requirements and market insights. xa0
• Current with semiconductor trends, insights, and displays intellectual curiosity. xa0

At TSMC, your base pay is only part of your overall total compensation package. At the time of this posting, this role typically pays a base salary between $131,500 ~ $200,000 per year. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires. Actual pay may be more or less than the posted range.
