Pay: $21-22
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

As an Account Manager, you'll work directly with clients to build trust and ensure their needs are met with top-notch service. You'll collaborate with various teams to troubleshoot issues, support sales, and drive long-term client satisfaction.

What You'll Do
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for

• Providing exceptional customer service support, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions
• Monitoring client engagement through surveys and ongoing communication
• Responding to client requests and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams, including billing and sales
• Proactively identifying opportunities to grow revenue through equipment upgrades and support services
 

What You'll Bring

• 2-4+ years experience in an account management role providing technology solutions to clients
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work independently to meet deadlines
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear, professional correspondence
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
