Construction Account Executive

Location: Minnesota | Full-Time | Primarily In-Office

We’re representing an established and growing commercial mechanical contractor that is entering an exciting new phase of growth. They’re looking for an experienced construction sales professional who can bring an existing network, develop new relationships, and generate profitable project opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Develop commercial construction opportunities and new business.
• Build relationships with owners, developers, GCs, and key decision-makers.
• Pursue design-build and negotiated projects.
• Manage opportunities from initial contact through project award.
• Leverage your existing book of business and industry relationships.
• Work closely with engineering and project teams.

What They’re Looking For

• Proven commercial construction sales experience.
• Established book of business and industry relationships.
• Experience with negotiated and/or design-build projects preferred
• Strong direct-to-owner sales experience.
• Ability to independently develop and close business.
• Engineering background is a plus.
