Constellation Search Group is looking for a Senior Account Manager for a full-time direct hire position. The Senior Account Manager will collaborate closely with Account Executives to manage client projects from contract execution through to project completion. They will oversee the entire project lifecycle to ensure a successful outcome, maintaining robust client relationships and monitoring project profitability. The role requires a focus on delivering high-quality products on time.

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in client meetings with Account Executives as necessary.
  • Directly interface with clients in the absence of the Account Executive or as needed for efficient account management.
  • Oversee all Put-to-Detail, Put-to-Work, and Post-Show Evaluation meetings.
  • Create proposals or change orders, as assigned, and manage all work orders, updates, and change orders.
  • Monitor each job for profitability and notify leadership of any issues affecting profitability.
  • Ensure quality control of fabricated properties and maintain orderly and complete project files.
  • Prepare all Show Service forms on behalf of the client.
  • Order and supervise the timely completion of all on-site services, including installation and dismantling labor, as well as other client services.
  • Keep accurate records of labor and materials charged on behalf of clients.
  • Close out all jobs upon completion, noting overtime, materials usage, and any extra-charge items.
  • Prepare jobs for billing, providing complete information for each line of business.
  • Maintain accurate and complete storage and warehousing inventory for each client.
  • Compile and prepare detailed field packets for each project and submit them to the CEP traveling supervisor or third-party labor vendor.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience with 5 8+ years in senior-level account management within exhibit production or a related industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of exhibit construction methods, materials, and production processes, with the ability to interpret complex design and engineering drawings and translate client goals into executable solutions.
  • Extensive hands-on experience managing on-site installation and dismantle operations, including supervision of labor teams and third-party vendors.
  • Demonstrated success managing large, complex, high-value accounts with multiple concurrent projects, supported by strong financial acumen to manage budgets, monitor profitability, and drive profitable outcomes.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Outstanding client-facing and communication skills, with a proven track record of building long-term client relationships, setting expectations, and resolving issues.
  • Proven leadership experience leading complex projects and collaborating cross-functionally with sales, design, production, and field teams.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, strategic thinking, and proactive decision-making.
