With advanced capabilities across silicone sealants and insulation components, our client operates from a modern California facility and serves a broad and critical customer base, while fostering innovation, craftsmanship, and continuous growth.

Due to growth, we are looking to add an Account Manager to our team in Brea. The Account Manager is the primary daily contact for assigned customer accounts, partnering with the Segment Manager to meet bookings, sales, and new business targets. This role drives customer satisfaction through proactive communication, orderbook management, and cross-functional coordination.

Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Own day-to-day customer communication and lead regular status calls
  • Maintain the orderbook: date alignments, status updates, delivery tracking
  • Develop recovery plans when issues arise and coordinate resolution across internal teams
  • Collect customer inputs (tags, drawings, ship windows) and manage RFQs and quotations
  • Review purchase orders for accuracy and compliance; escalate terms issues to management
  • Coordinate with sales, engineering, supply chain, and operations to ensure seamless execution

Qualifications:
  • Strong customer communication, responsiveness, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable presenting to senior leadership
  • Creative problem-solver with a high sense of urgency

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience in the Aerospace Industry highly preferred
  • Prior experience in a cross-functional environment
