Ray Jurgen is hiring a Account Manager to help grow and strengthen our service business.
This is a hybrid role for someone who can combine customer relationship management, technical curiosity, and disciplined follow-through. The Account Manager will work closely with our Service Manager, technicians, and purchasing team to turn inspection findings and repair opportunities into clear, timely proposals for customers.
This is not a passive account management role. The right person will own service quote follow-up, manage key service accounts, visit customers, handle larger repair opportunities, respond to service bids, and help ensure that important work does not fall through the cracks.

The ideal candidate may come from service sales, account management, inside sales, service advising, industrial equipment, fleet maintenance, automotive, construction, HVAC, electrical, or another technical service environment.
We are looking for someone who is organized, persistent, comfortable talking with customers, and able to manage a high volume of quotes and follow-ups. Technical experience is helpful, but strong follow-through and a willingness to learn are essential.
This role is based out of Bristol, CT with a mix of office time, customer visits, and field coordination across our customer base in MA, RI, CT, and NY.
Compensation includes a base salary plus commission, with strong upside tied to service revenue growth.
