Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Cedar Rapids, IA. The Account Manager will oversee day-to-day client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for logistics coordination, shipment status updates, and performance inquiries. Responsibilities include managing freight bookings across multiple modes, monitoring shipment progress, resolving service issues, and ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication. The role will involve analyzing account activity, identifying process improvements, and proposing tailored logistics solutions that support client goals and operational continuity. The Account Manager will collaborate closely with internal operations, carrier partners, and external stakeholders to maintain service quality, meet deadlines, and support long-term account growth.\n

- Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain account management; prior 3PL or brokerage experience is a plus.

- Preferred education: associate or bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
