We are currently working with an extremely stable Commercial contractor in the Pittsburgh area that needs an Account Manager. We are recruiting highly qualified professionals that can sell commercial projects of all sizes. They are a local company, well-respected with a strong brand, is engaged in high-demand local projects.

We are seeking an individual with a construction sales experience. The role involves selling to Commercial Businesses, Educational Facilities, Medical Facilities, Government Buildings, and Large Multi-Family Complexes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Experience developing new accounts through relationships with Facilities Managers, Building Owners, and Management Firms.
• Being a goal-driven sales professional capable of selling construction projects to C-level decision-makers.
• Experience that includes prospecting, managing client relationships, and delivering sales presentations.
