Approvely is looking for an Account Manager <\/b> to support the Head of Sales and help guide prospective and new customers through the early stages of working with Approvely.
<\/p>
This role is ideal for someone who already has experience working within a sales organization or supporting account executives<\/b> and is comfortable managing pipeline activity, customer communication, and onboarding coordination. You will play an important role in ensuring prospects move efficiently from initial demo through onboarding and activation<\/b>, while helping maintain strong operational discipline across the sales process.

Support the Head of Sales in managing inbound and outbound opportunities
<\/p><\/li>
Conduct introductory platform demos for prospective customers
<\/p><\/li>
Screen and review new merchant applications
<\/p><\/li>
Assist prospects through the early stages of the sales process
<\/p><\/li>
Coordinate meetings with prospects, partners, and conference contacts
<\/p><\/li>
Support follow -ups and documentation after sales meetings
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Manage the onboarding process for new customers from application through activation
<\/p><\/li>
Collect required documentation and ensure onboarding submissions are complete
<\/p><\/li>
Coordinate internally with underwriting, compliance, and engineering teams
<\/p><\/li>
Track onboarding progress and ensure customers move efficiently through the process
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Monitor shared Slack channels where customers interact with the Approvely team
<\/p><\/li>
Ensure sales, onboarding, and account management questions are addressed quickly
<\/p><\/li>
Escalate technical or integration -related issues to engineering when necessary
<\/p><\/li>
Help maintain strong communication between customers and internal teams
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Maintain accurate and up -to -date records in the CRM for leads, deals, and onboarding progress
<\/p><\/li>
Track deal stages and customer interactions
<\/p><\/li>
Provide visibility to leadership on pipeline activity and deal progress
<\/p><\/li>
Ensure strong CRM discipline and pipeline organization
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Assist with scheduling and coordination for conferences and outbound sales efforts
<\/p><\/li>
Conduct prospect research and support targeted outreach
<\/p><\/li>
Send documentation, track follow -ups, and help keep deals moving forward
<\/p><\/li>
Ensure customers move efficiently through the pipeline while maintaining a great experience
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
2–4 years of experience working within a sales organization, account management role, or sales operations role<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
Experience supporting account executives or managing early -stage deals<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
Strong experience working with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
<\/p><\/li>
Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
<\/p><\/li>
Comfortable operating in a fast -paced startup environment
<\/p><\/li>
Experience working in Slack -based collaboration environments<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
Experience in fintech, SaaS, payments, or technology companies<\/b> is a plus
