Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Crown Point, IN, with a mix of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility. This role focuses on building and maintaining customer relationships, responding to inquiries, and providing product and policy information in a clear, accessible way. Daily responsibilities include managing customer accounts, processing changes, handling billing and coverage questions, and following up on leads and referrals. The Account Manager will support sales activities by preparing quotes, conducting needs-based conversations, and assisting with applications and policy reviews. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, collaborating with team members, and contributing to a positive, customer-centered office culture.
