Account Manager/Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Account Manager / Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, manage accounts, resolve issues, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow-up.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Process orders, quotes, and account updates accurately.
• Resolve customer concerns by identifying solutions and coordinating with internal departments.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve service.
• Assist with onboarding new customers and educating them on products and services.
• Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as needed.
