Position Summary:

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing insurance opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our book of business. You will engage with clients through multiple channels and provide expert guidance on personal and commercial insurance products.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify, qualify, and develop new and existing personal and commercial insurance opportunities via in-person meetings, online, phone, and written communication.
  • Maintain excellent client relationships through timely quotations, follow-ups, and account support.
  • Network and plan strategically to generate new business opportunities.
  • Track and report sales metrics to meet or exceed targets; maintain accurate sales documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members, share knowledge, and participate in meetings.
  • Prepare clients for renewals to support retention efforts.
  • Stay current with continuing education requirements and industry developments.
  • Represent the agency at community events as needed.
Qualifications:


  • Louisiana Property and Casualty insurance license required.
  • Ability to pass background check and drug test.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, coverage, and claims experience.
  • Excellent presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused and assertive in relationship development.
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in technology and computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
