Job Description

About Gallery

\n

Gallery is a Denver-based design/build manufacturer with more than 45 years of experience creating premium kiosks, mobile carts, micro markets, and autonomous retail environments for stadiums, arenas, university campuses, and airports nationwide. What began as a single mobile food cart operation has grown into a full-service partner for the sports, entertainment, hospitality, and campus dining industries — handling everything from initial design through fabrication, delivery, and install. Gallery's client roster includes major venue operators, hospitality management companies, and technology partners bringing autonomous retail to life, and the company continues to expand its footprint across live sports, entertainment, and higher education.

The Role

\n

Gallery is hiring an Account Manager to own and grow our relationships with a defined portfolio of corporate hospitality partners — including organizations like Sodexo, Aramark, Delaware North, Legends, Levy, and OVG. Gallery already has established corporate relationships and individual venue relationships within these organizations; this role is responsible for deepening those corporate relationships and converting them into new venue-level business — stadiums, arenas, and other properties within each partner's portfolio that Gallery does not yet serve.

\n

\n

This is a quota-carrying role. Success is measured by growth in the assigned book of business, and by the candidate's ability to become a trusted advisor — someone our partners rely on to think through their space, their guest experience, and their revenue opportunity, not just someone who takes orders.

\n

\n

This role reports to the Director of Sales and Product Design.

\n

\n

What You'll Own

\n
  • \n
  • Manage and expand Gallery's corporate-level relationships with a defined set of major hospitality partners.
  • \n
  • Identify and open new venue-level accounts — stadiums, arenas, and properties — within each partner's existing portfolio.
  • \n
  • Sell across Gallery's full product portfolio: mobile carts, kiosks, and autonomous micro markets and stores.
  • \n
  • Carry and deliver against an annual revenue quota for the assigned book of business.
  • \n
  • Act as a trusted advisor to partner organizations — bringing ideas that generate incremental revenue and improve the guest experience at their venues, not just fulfilling requests.
  • \n
  • Travel roughly one week per month to visit customers, advance projects toward close, and build relationships in person.
  • \n
  • Coordinate across design, fabrication, and install teams to keep partner commitments on track.
  • \n
  • Develop deep product expertise across Gallery's offering, and stay current on how each partner's business and venues are evolving.
  • \n
\n

\n

Who We're Looking For

\n

Skill set, in order of importance:

\n
  • \n
  • Relationship builder with the instincts of a farmer and a hunter — grows what already exists and is comfortable opening net-new accounts within it.
  • \n
  • Technical and design-minded — able to speak credibly about product, fabrication, and venue design with sophisticated corporate partners.
  • \n
  • Communicator — 10/10 written and verbal. This is non-negotiable; the role lives in partner meetings, proposals, and executive-level correspondence.
  • \n
  • Meticulously organized and detail-oriented — the kind of person who catches the error before it becomes a problem. Project management experience is a plus.
  • \n
  • Curious and thoughtful — genuinely interested in learning Gallery's product set and each partner's business well enough to advise them, not just sell to them.
  • \n
\n

\n

Backgrounds we're drawn to:

\n
  • \n
  • Construction or general contracting
  • \n
  • Design (industrial, architectural, or built environment)
  • \n
  • Food service or hospitality operations
  • \n
\n

\n

Required Skills

\n
  • \n
  • 5+ years of B2B sales or account management experience
  • \n
  • Experience managing enterprise or strategic customer relationships
  • \n
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • \n
  • Experience selling into hospitality, foodservice, construction, design, manufacturing, or related industries
  • \n
  • Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, NetSuite or similar)
  • \n
  • Strong Microsoft Office and presentation skills
  • \n
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel approximately 25%
  • \n
\n

\n

What Success Looks Like

\n
  • \n
  • Achieve annual revenue quota
  • \n
  • Grow revenue within assigned strategic accounts
  • \n
  • Expand Gallery into new venues within existing partner portfolios
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate CRM forecasting
  • \n
  • Build executive-level relationships across assigned accounts
  • \n
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from prospecting through installation
  • \n
