If you are looking for an environment that will allow you the freedom to drive change, create an unrivaled customer experience and have fun while you're doing it – then ThompsonGas is for you!We are seeking an Account Manager who will be responsible for developing business relationships that build customer loyalty, maintain the customer base, and drive market growth.Major Job DutiesIdentifies sales leads and qualifies prospects thru cold calling and other methods including driver leads, call ins, and customer referrals.Builds and maintains pipeline of new prospects, closed business, and upcoming installations to meet company objectives.Makes value based presentations to prospective customers with a high level of professionalism.Is responsible for meeting a sales GMD goal and quarterly targets.Work with the VP of Sales and Area Director to develop marketing plans and strategy for growth.Maintains key customer relationships.Monitors the new customer installation process to make sure expectations are being met.Ensures customer satisfaction and safety.Responds to Request for Proposals (RFPs) in a timely and accurate fashion.Builds and maintains customer files; power point presentations and follow up letters.Education and ExperienceA Bachelor's Degree preferred.3-5 years of sales experience.SFA – Sales Force Automation Software experience preferred.Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize, work independently and multi-task.Desire to work for a fast growing company (with demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic environment).Ability to work with minimal direct supervision.Honesty, integrity and exceptional communication skills are a must along with a sense of urgency, strength of conviction, and a desire to work closely as a partner with other members of the company's management team.Perks with UsMedical, Dental, Vision, and 401k with IMMEDIATE eligibilityDisability and life insurancePaid time off that increases with tenureDaily Pay Option that offers great flexibility and financial controlEmployee training programs with career development/advancement opportunitiesEmployee recognition programQuarterly bonus potentialPaid maternal and parental leave benefitsThis is a safety sensitive position.
