Account Manager

Job overview:

Schneider is seeking an Account Manager in Green Bay to lead a team that acts as a bridge between Schneider's Commercial Sales and Customer Service teams. The Account Manager will execute a business plan that ensures its team's metrics are being met.

Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor a team of customer service associates.
• Provide an outstanding experience for Schneider's customers.
• Create a business plan that ensures the achievement of metrics related to revenue, volume and service.
• Support sellers with account business plans and customer visits.
• Analyze and implement improvements to current systems and processes.

Skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Two plus years of transportation or logistics experience.
• Previous leadership, mentoring or coaching experience.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Strong influencing skills.
