RNR Tire Express is hiring a full-time Customer Account Manager to take ownership of customer accounts, collections, drive results, and maintain strong relationships. This role is built for individuals who prefer structure, consistency, and clear expectations, while also being motivated by performance-based income and personal growth.

THE DAY-TO-DAY
You can be found in the office Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-6:00 pm, and Saturday 9:00 am-5:00 pm with one weekday off each week and Sundays off.

Manage a portfolio of accounts by driving renewals, collections, and follow-up. You'll handle customer conversations directly, resolve issues quickly, and stay consistent with daily activity. This role includes both in-office work and occasional field visits (door hangers and product recovery).
