Who You Are:

We’re looking for a client‑centric, relationship‑driven Account Manager who thrives on building long‑term partnerships, uncovering new opportunities within existing accounts, and ensuring clients receive exceptional service and value.

What You'll Do:

• Manage Client Relationships — Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Identify New Opportunities — Proactively uncover additional needs, upsell solutions, and expand account value.
• Execute a Proven Sales Methodology — Follow our structured sales process to drive consistent results.
• Understand Business Challenges — Learn each client’s operational pain points and align our IT solutions to solve them.
• Deliver Relentless Follow‑Up — Maintain communication, track progress, and ensure commitments are met.
• Exceed Growth Targets — Achieve and surpass account expansion and revenue goals.

What You Bring:

• A track record of exceeding sales or account growth goals
• Ability to train on and execute a proven sales process
• Strong business acumen and understanding of why companies invest in technology
• High‑energy, organized, and committed to follow‑through
• Client‑focused mindset with a passion for building long‑term relationships
• 3+ Years background working in technical sales for a Managed Service Provider preferred

Salary Range: $55,000 – $75,000 per year plus commission
