This role is critical in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of direct mail campaigns from start to finish.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the full lifecycle of direct mail production, including:Art reviewPrinting coordinationData processing and personalizationMailing executionInvoice reconciliationServe as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring campaigns meet objectives and expectationsCollaborate closely with the account services team to plan and execute each phase of production with precisionProactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on trackQualificationsStrong written communication and interpersonal skills in EnglishProven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentComfortable handling frequent interruptions while maintaining accuracy and professionalism3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in marketing, printing, or direct mail industries
