Where You'll Make a Difference

• Develop and execute a regional business strategy to grow key sectors within a global strategic account

• Build and maintain strong relationships across multiple customer locations and decision-making functions globally

• Partner with Perfumers, Scent Design, Consumer Insights, Marketing, R&D, and Innovation teams to deliver winning fragrance solutions

• Identify and commercialize innovative fragrance opportunities that address customer and consumer needs

• Build deep knowledge of customer brands, technologies, markets, and product portfolios to uncover growth opportunities

• Interface with Olfactive Scientists, Perfumers, and Product Supply stakeholders to qualify opportunities and maximize profitability

• Lead complex customer projects and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution

• Deliver compelling presentations and business reviews that provide valuable insights and strategic recommendations

• Manage customer expectations while driving sustainable business growth and long-term partnerships

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related discipline

• 5+ years of experience in the fragrance industry within sales, marketing, product development, or a creative function

• Strong passion for perfumery, fragrance innovation, and consumer product development

• Demonstrated ability to manage strategic customer relationships and complex business opportunities

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to prioritize and lead cross-functional initiatives

• Understanding of financial concepts including pricing, forecasting, profitability, and margin management

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global team environment

• Willingness and ability to build relationships across international markets and customer organizations

• Strong olfactory abilities with the capability to identify and differentiate fragrance types and profiles

• Experience supporting Fabric Care and Home Care fragrance categories within a global account environment

• Proven ability to combine scientific, commercial, and creative perspectives to develop successful customer solutions

Salary Ranges:

97,916.00-139,880.00USD
