We are seeking an experienced Account Manager I to act as a subject matter expert within Account Management and Delivery Management.
You will work at various long-term unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.
Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert within Account Management and Delivery Management
Act as the Account lead with clients, internal teams and BU heads
Align with other EPAM Account Managers and Senior Leadership to co-develop/ support account plans and strategies for delivery, growth, and client satisfaction
Work closely with project/ program management to ensure successful delivery through an integrated delivery model
Support sales/ pre-sales activities by assessment of opportunities, response to RFPs, creation of proposals and presentations, establishment of relationships with clients and prospective clients, and help to close/ sign new deals
Requirements
4 years of employment experience in the job offered (Account Manager), HR Manager, Project Manager, Software Engineering Manager/Lead Software Engineer, Program Manager, Delivery Manager, Sales Executive, CTO, Department Director/Head of Department, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or closely related occupation
Utilization of software development methodologies, processes, techniques, and quality planning methods, including Agile, in all phases of work
Utilization of distributed enterprise applications to support account planning and strategy
Use of at least one of the following data visualization tools: Tableau or Power BI to provide insights on business benefits to clients, creation of proposals and presentations, and establishment of relationships with clients and prospective clients
Utilization of at least one of the following project management software/tool: Jira or Kanban for workflow and project management
Employment of business intelligence concepts, including e-commerce and risk management, and application of at least one of the following CRM tools: Salesforce or MS Dynamics to develop business strategies that achieve client business goals
