LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a growing Insurance Company in Phoenix, AZ that is looking for an Account Manager to join the team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met through proactive service, policy management, and relationship building. This is a full-time onsite position with salary range of $50,000-$65,000 depending on experience plus medical, dental, vision benefits.
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of business, acting as the primary contact for client accounts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention
- Review, process, and manage policy renewals, endorsements, and updates to ensure continuous coverage
- Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure coverage aligns with client needs and risk exposure
- Explain insurance policies, coverages, and options in a clear and professional manner
- Partner with carriers, underwriters, and internal teams to negotiate terms, pricing, and coverage solutions
- Assist clients with claims by providing guidance and acting as a liaison between the client and insurance provider
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products that meet client needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, policy documentation, and communications
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in account management, or customer service in the insurance industry
- Active insurance license (or willing to obtain one through the company
