Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our overall success. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:
Build and maintain strong, consistent communication with distributors across EMEA to understand market dynamics, the competitive landscape, and day-to-day business challenges.
Identify and pursue growth opportunities ("white space") with distributors and retailers to expand product category sales and meet quarterly and annual targets.
Develop a portfolio of established distributor and retail accounts, building long-term, profitable relationships with key partners across the region.
Align Trove's product offerings with distributor needs, shaping tailored sales strategies that maximize impact in each market.
Partner on country-specific channel strategies that leverage retailer strengths and reinforce Trove Brands' positioning.
Own territory administrative execution, including sales systems, CRM hygiene, documentation, and reporting.
Monitor pricing and contract compliance across distributor accounts to protect brand standards and margin integrity.
Uphold and protect the integrity and value of the Trove Brands name in every business dealing.
Required Qualifications:
We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we're looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in sales, account management, customer service, or a related commercial role within a consumer products company.
Proven success building and scaling international brick-and-mortar retail channels.
Experience managing end-to-end sales operations, from factory-direct orders through 3PL distribution to in-store execution.
Strong judgment, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives with distributors or retailers.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and solve complex business challenges.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with CRM systems.
Able to travel 2-3 times per year depending on business need.
Preferred Qualifications:
Fluency in an additional European or Middle Eastern language (e.g., French, German, Arabic)
