Account Manager

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team and help us continue to deliver an excellent client experience as we help customers build and grow their businesses. In this role, you would be responsible for managing and elevating client relationships, proactively handling account issues, and taking ownership of retention and upsell opportunities. Location Lancaster, PAIn this role you would: • Establish robust relationships with customers in your book of business • Conduct regular communication through calls, emails, and client visits, with occasional participation in trade shows and industry events to cultivate valuable relationships • Proactively address and guide resolution for client issues • Own annual subscription renewals • Identify additional areas we could serve the customer, and drive upsell opportunities within your book of business • Effectively represent customer goals and needs back to the Koble team We are seeking an individual who is: • Committed to client success • Attentive and responsive to client needs • Detail oriented, particularly when it comes to keeping track of client conversations and following through on client requests • Diligent with research to understand the client’s industry • Invested in the overall success of their team and actively contributes to team synergy • Comfortable with ambiguity • Experienced in working in a business environment • A proactive problem solverAs a member of the Koble team you’ll receive • Health coverage option for individual and family • Dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability options available • 401k Plan About Us For 30+ years Koble has been leading the way for small to medium-sized enterprises to manage and grow their businesses.
