Account Manager Responsibilities
- Generate customer reports, analyze data and review shift performance/productivity
- Develop metrics for tracking individual driver performance,
- Assist drivers that consistently fall below established metrics to develop the employee
- Establish clear policies and procedure (standard operating procedures) for the fleet of drivers, and dispatchers
- Manage and develop dispatch personnel, and cross train yard personnel
- Develop weekly schedule for full-time, part-time and temporary labor drivers based on forecasted volumes.
- Build and maintain relationships with key people within the account
- Assist regional safety manager and regional recruiter for staffing needs
- Great customer service and communication with Aim Integrated team as well as onsite customer
