ActionLink is searching for a collaborative Account Manager to join our leadership team!
The Account Manager is responsible for the relationship between ActionLink and assigned client. This individual is responsible for ensuring that the client’s needs are being met from an operational as well as a field execution standpoint. The Account Manager is responsible for identifying opportunities for the client, associated retailers, and ActionLink while managing all aspects and timelines of operations to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Goals of the position include Statement of Work (SOW) creation, supporting the build and implementation of KPI metrics, preparing and conducting Quarterly Business Reviews with the client, and ensuring client satisfaction and contract renewals. The Account Manager may also serve as a daily point of contact for the client's cross-functional partners to ensure program execution. This person must have strong communication skills, be well organized, and possess exceptional detail orientation. The Account Manager must build strong relationships with ActionLink field leadership to ensure a level of excellence in field execution.
