Account manager

Linney is a world-class, multichannel marketing services business. We are looking for an experienced account manager to work on some of our key accounts in health and beauty.

Applicants should have experience of working directly with brands and retailers on creative solutions, linked to the production of semi-permanent cardboard displays, including FSDUs, shelf-edge furniture, and in-store displays that create theatre to improve consumer engagement.

We are looking for a hands-on account manager with a passion for great customer service. Applicants should be accomplished at taking creative briefs and have a good understanding of structural CAD design and print production processes.

Responsible for time and cost management of their own projects, they will need to demonstrate experience in critical path creation, quotation requests and commercial governance.

The successful candidate will be working on their own accounts, and the role also requires working within a team of like-minded account managers and project managers, taking guidance and leadership from the account director.

Essential skills and abilities:

• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Strong and accurate creative brief-taking skills
• Broad understanding of the production process (CAD design, load-ups, print production, and distribution)
• A passion for sustainability and innovation
• A willingness to embrace change and look for ways to improve

Desirable skills:

• Competence in all Microsoft applications and systems
• Teamwork skills with a positive and helpful attitude
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Good communication skills
