This role is responsible for overseeing field operations.Duties and ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue opportunities to sell ancillary enhancement services to existing clients within the portfolioDevelop accurate estimates and takeoffs for both new and existing clients as neededDeliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.Generate referrals from existing client base and communicate leads to Business DeveloperBuild and maintain strong long-term relations with clients focusing on all pertinent points of contactConduct regular site walkthroughs with clients to ensure quality and service expectations are metLead and facilitate the resolution of client concerns or issuesEnsure timely account renewals within the assigned client portfolioProactively assess and address site enhancement needs during visitsCollaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds expectationsSchedule regular site visits with the Operations Manager for quality reviews and to ensure client expectations are metSupport hiring training and coaching of field crews for the assigned portfolioPromote and enforce safety policies and proceduresEnsure branch financial goals are met by maintaining acceptable gross margins for both base contract work and ancillary enhancement servicesAssist the Branch Manager in overall leadership of the branch to include participation in all relevant meetingsMaintain proper account documentation and notes in the CRM systemMonitor and maintain satisfactory accounts receivable levelsCoordinate with the Branch Administrator to keep client records and contact information currentPerform additional duties as assigned by the Branch Manager Education and ExperienceAssociates or Bachelors degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience in a customer-focused service industryMinimum 3 years of experience in customer service management and leadership preferably in the landscaping industry or local marketplace.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilitiesAbility to foster collaboration and teamworkPhysical DemandsRequirementsOperation of a computer and other office equipmentsystem such as a laptop cell phone and sales and operational programstools Position is a combination of mobile and sedentary work must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time Customarily and regularly spends more than half of the time working away from BrightViews places of business walking job sites selling and obtaining orders or contracts for BrightViews services Ability to travel by car train and plane Position needs to be able to traverse uneven grounds and walk on job sites with clients and the branch team for periods of time up to 4 hours Work EnvironmentWorks both indoors and outdoors attends branch stretch and flex 3-4 days per week Field-based position a combination of office and customer-facing BrightView Landscapes LLC is an Equal Opportunity and E-Verify Employer.
