About the Role: This role owns the client relationship for a healthcare company's medical billing accounts, serving as the main point of contact from onboarding through day-to-day account management. The Account Manager is responsible for keeping clients informed, resolving billing issues, and building the kind of trust that keeps accounts long-term. It's a people-first role that also demands real command of billing processes and dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned medical billing clients
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent, responsive communication

Billing & Dispute Resolution

• Manage client billing accounts and address issues as they arise
• Handle disputes related to claims, applying IDR (Independent Dispute Resolution) knowledge where relevant

Qualifications

• Experience in medical billing required
• People-oriented with strong client-facing communication skills
• Familiarity with IDR (Independent Dispute Resolution) a plus
