This is a full-time, Hybrid role based in Middletown, CT for a Business Development Account Manager. The role involves driving revenue growth through new business development, building and nurturing relationships with accounts, identifying leads, and maintaining a high level of customer service. The Business Development Account Manager will collaborate across teams to align business solutions with client needs to ensure continued satisfaction and mutual success.

Qualifications

Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation, 2 to 4 years

Strong Account Management and Customer Service skills

Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to effectively build relationships, understand client challenges, and meet business targets

Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Familiarity with retail technology or related industries is a strong asset

Self-motivated, results-driven, with a focus on meeting objectives

Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

Willingness to travel approximately 30% (primarily day travel, with air travel and overnight stays approximately 1-2 times per quarter)
