We are passionate about our clients' success in the areas of Employee Benefits, Property and Casualty Insurance, Retirement Plan Services, and Wealth Services. With a network of offices nationwide, our commitment to collaboration allows us to offer national resources combined with local service.\n \nRESPONSIBILITIES\n\n Utilize the agency management system (EPIC) to service client accounts\n Handle renewal insurance marketing and prepare insurance proposals\n Process policy changes and manage invoicing efficiently\n Respond promptly to client, Account Executive, and Producer requests\n Review and provide guidance on policy forms\n Communicate with insurance underwriters to address client needs\n Stay informed on current carrier and market conditions\n \nQUALIFICATIONS\n\n High School Diploma and active California Property & Casualty Insurance License.\n Minimum 4+ years of experience as an Assistant Account Manager or Account Manager.\n Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude.\n Professional oral and written communication skills in English (second language a plus).\n Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.\n Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) and general computer navigation.\n Ability to perform basic retail math, including fractions and percentages\n \nADDITIONAL INFORMATION\n \nThis job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.\n \nAlera Group offers comprehensive benefits to our colleagues, including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, 401k, generous paid time off and much more.\n \nSalary range is $29 to $43 per hour.\n \nWe're an equal opportunity employer.
