Additionally, we'll be looking for individuals with strong business acumen.Location: Newington, CTReports to: Program ManagementEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesPrimary point of contact for the customer during contract negotiations and program launchMaintain and build long term relationships with customersMaintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders, accounts, customers and executivesEnsure timely execution in the initial stages of contract negotiations and launch to guarantee customer needs are metLiaison between customers and internal stakeholders and teamsMonitor and evaluate client feedback and make necessary improvements to enhance customer experienceAssist clients in understanding technical specifications and requirementsManage and deliver on key metrics, including specific bookings, pricing and NRE targetsCommunicates the progress and status of monthly/quarterly initiatives to the customer and internal stakeholdersComprehension of financial models and ability to negotiate terms & conditionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products and services that meet client expectationsUnderstand client needs, objectives, and challenges, and proactively address themResponsible for customer satisfaction and delivering excellent daily customer serviceResponsible for working with the business development team and sales team to onboard new customers and support existing customers relationshipsIdentify opportunities for account growth and revenue generationResponsible for analyzing currently price and determining if new price change is requiredResponsible for working with the customers to negotiate price and update PO to new price changeResponsible for providing data for LTA/MPA to Ops, finance, senior managementVarious other duties as assigned by Program ManagementParticipate in training as required5-10% Domestic and International Travel requiredPhysical Demands:Must be able to lift, push, or pull at least 50 lbs.Regularly required to sit, stand, reach, bend, and move about our facilityRequirements:US Person per ITAR regulationsBachelor's degree or relevant Aerospace industry management experience required, advanced degree is a plus.10+ years' experience in Aerospace & Defense and account managementPrevious experience in account management or other relevant experienceIn-depth knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes, products, and regulations.Demonstrated management skills as well as excellent interpersonal and communication and skillsExperience in delivering customer focused strategies to ensure customer satisfactionAbility to build and maintain relationships with clients at various organizational levelsResults-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targetsExpert level experience with all Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent negotiation and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple programs and projectsStrong time management skills, self-motivation skills, critical thinking/problem solving skillsAbility to establish and maintain positive working relationships with other employees and to communicate and interact effectively with management, users and team members at all levels through both verbal and written meansFamiliarity with ERP and SAP systemsWillingness to travel as required to visit clients and attend industry events.AAP StatementHanwha Aerospace USA, is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
