Key Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and strategic updates to senior leadership.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion within existing government partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience in staffing, workforce solutions, or recruitment account management.
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and workforce planning.
- Working knowledge of ACA, FLSA, and general employment compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, client engagement, and stakeholder management skills.
- US Citizen only.

- Experience managing government, public sector, or highly regulated client accounts.
- Familiarity with government contracting regulations and public procurement processes.
- Experience overseeing safety-sensitive or CDL-regulated workforce programs.
