| BRIEF POSITION SUMMARY: The OEM Account Manager provides a sales service-oriented interface with all outside consultants, users, representatives, prospects, and internal personnel. Promotes products and capabilities in alignment with AIS sales and profitability objectives. Customer focus, follow-through, proactive communication, organization, and the ability to multi-task are essential for this role. This role requires a top-notch communicator, building and maintaining key relationships with all stakeholders, end users, internal stakeholders, and outside influencers to demonstrate outstanding commitment to our customer's success. Needs to have a sense of urgency, an understanding of how processes should work and what can be achieved when following and optimizing them for the business challenges that are faced daily. This role is often the first point of contact with our customers and has the role of modeling the company's values, brand, and image in the eyes of our customers and suppliers.
