Job Description:
We are seeking a professional Account Manager to join our team. As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing our book of business through new client acquisitions. You will create and maintain positive relationships, understand clients' needs, and connect them with appropriate products and services. The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong sales and negotiation skills. 


Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new opportunities
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Seek out and participate in networking events and opportunities
  • Monitor and report on key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
  • Participate in continuing education and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends
  • Review and verify client audits and maintain A/R and billing
 Qualifications
  • Valid state insurance licensing
  • Proven track record of business too business sales success
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of insurance industry products and offerings
  • Strong computer and technology skills
